Personality

Psychological Background: She is very sweet and innocent. She is a very strong person and has her own mind and beliefs. She has a strong sense of responsibility and will do anything to help and protect her little sister. She doesn’t like a lot of attention especially by men. Fay is frightened about anyone learning her past in the burlesque profession. She is untrusting of other people.

Personality Quirks: Hates being cold, and she always thinks its cold. She has difficulty with names she can’t remember them unless she has known the person for a while. She can’t do math at all, she thinks that’s what calculators are for.


History

General History: Born in Barcelona, Spain to Nefertiri Typhon an Egyptologist and clearly visible mutant and Arturo-Jean Amity, a popular Opera singer. Her father was an abusive man towards her and her mother. When Fay turned 4 her mother finally had enough and killed her father. The two soon moved to Egypt where her mother could begin research again for her job. Her mother also gave birth to her younger sister San, but Fay and San did not share the same father

Fay adored her little sister the two spent there days in Ancient pyramids helping their mother decipher the hieroglyphs. She and San never attended a regular school. Her mother moved the girls to Italy for a new job she had got. While in Italy Fay began to attend a Catholic church she fell in love with the religion and became involved in it. She also began to perform in a famous Italian opera house. She had a beautiful voice, her mother did joke that if she was a mutant her ability would be hypnotic singing.

Fay’s powers emerged when she accidentally combusted a pen on her desk. She was frightened. She told her mother and her mother was thrilled to have another mutant in the family. Fay wasn’t happy about her emerging powers. When Fay turned 18 they all moved back to Egypt. She was seriously considering becoming a nun but then her mother was killed. She had the choice of sending San to an orphanage or raising her, there was no choice to be made, Fay would raise her.

Fay was offered a job singing in South Africa. When she arrived in South Africa she realized the job was for a burlesque club. Fay chose not to take the job at first. She went around looking for a well paying job, but with no formal education no one would hire her. So she went back to the burlesque club taking the job.

One particular night several male customers were being a bit too rowdy for her so she left the club early. As she was walking back to her apartment she noticed the men following her. She took off running but they caught up with her. By this time her powers took over turning the 4 men into ashes. Someone saw what had happened and called her a terrorist after rushing home and grabbing San they headed on a plane for Alaska.  Having little money they are currently homeless.


Special Notes: Fluent in Spanish, French, Arabic, English, Italian, Japanese, Isizulu and German. Despite being fluent in English she can mess up words. Can read and write in Hieroglyphs.
